WHO we are ?
We are a specialized ICT service provider, based in Heverlee, focusing on networking, security and unified communications. Our team of 22 colleagues drives digital transformation every day for clients in healthcare, finance, and education.
We strongly believe in teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning, but we’re still missing one crucial link: an Account Manager who can open new doors and build lasting relationships.
Your mission
- As our new Account Manager with a new business mindset, you will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio across Flanders.
- You actively seek out new clients. Prospecting isn’t a chore for you, it’s your playing field.
- You build your network through cold calling, LinkedIn, events and partnerships with suppliers.
- You quickly identify prospects’needs and work with our technical experts to develop a compelling proposal.
- You manage the quotation phase and ensure contracts are successfully closed.
- You also maintain relationships with existing clients and identify additional opportunities.
- You work independently from home, with regular team check-ins via Teams and bi-weekly sales meetings at the office.
What we expect from you
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in ICT or technology.
- Knowledge of networking and IT security or the ability to learn quickly.
- Proactive, commercial, persistent, and comfortable picking up the phone.
- Fluent in Dutch and professional English communication skills
