SENIOR Account Manager ICT

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in the ICT sector? Do you enjoy building long-term relationships with existing customers, while also getting energy from opening new doors? Then we would be happy to meet you.

Due to the continued growth of Quant ICT, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to help further develop our customer portfolio. We are not looking for a pure hunter profile, but for someone who finds the right balance between farmer and hunter: helping existing customers grow while also attracting new customers.

Who are we ?

Quant ICT is a specialised ICT service provider, located in Heverlee, with a strong focus on networking, security and unified communications.
Our team of 22 colleagues works every day on digital transformation for companies in sectors such as healthcare, finance and education.
We strongly believe in collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous training. Our technical experts work closely with customers and provide high-quality, tailor-made solutions.
To further support our growth, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager who will strengthen customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.

 

 

YOUR MISSION

As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, deepening and expanding our customer portfolio in Flanders.

  • You will build long-term relationships with existing customers and help them grow by clearly understanding their needs.
  • You will identify new opportunities with existing customers and translate them, together with our technical experts, into concrete solutions.
  • You will actively look for new customers and prospects within our target market.
  • You will further expand your network through customer contacts, LinkedIn, events, suppliers and partners.
  • You understand customers’ ICT challenges, especially in the areas of networking and security.
  • You will guide the commercial process from first contact to quotation and contract.
  • You will work closely with our technical teams to advise customers correctly and professionally.
  • You will work independently, with regular team moments via Teams and bi-weekly sales meetings at the office.

 

What do we expect from you?

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in the ICT sector, preferably in a commercial B2B role.
  • You have experience in account management, business development or solution sales.
  • You understand the basic principles of networking, IT security and unified communications.
  • You are strong in relationship management and know how to build long-term trust.
  • You take initiative and identify commercial opportunities with both existing and new customers.
  • You are professional, independent, customer-oriented and a strong communicator.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and professional English.
